Analisis Beban Kerja Mental Dan Tingkat Kelelahan Kerja Karyawan Secara Ergonomi Pada Pt. Swastisiddhi Amagra (Ssa) Di Kabupaten Kampar

The study aims to determine the mental workload and level of work fatigue ergonomic on employees at PT. Swastisiddhi Amagra (SSA). The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The sample was taken as many as 59 people as respondents from the population of 156 employees PT. Swastissidhi Amagra (SSA). Measurements of mental workload using NASA – TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) and work fatigue based on measurements of subjective fatigue. The results showed that 64.41 percen of respondents were in the category of light workload. 49 percent of respondents are in the category of moderate work fatigue. While for the average respondents with age >51 years are in the category of heavy mental workload and the average respondents in the age group > 41 years are in the category of high work fatigue
