Komunikasi Pemasaran Pada Usaha Kuliner Ikan Di Restoran Pondok Patin H.M. Yunus Pekanbaru
The research was conducted at "Pondok Patin Restaurant H.M. Yunus Pekanbaru” in October 2018. The research was aimed to determine the marketing mix, marketing communication techniques that have been carried out so far and find out what obstacles the restaurant. The research use qualitative descriptive method.
The results of the study show the marketing communication techniques use (a) interpersonal communication (contact to consumers using a telephone, provide a spokesperson who has English languange skills to serve foreign visitors); (b) group communication (establish cooperation with government agencies by making presentations); (c) mass communication (advertise via newspapers, instagram, airport e-magazines, TV, radio, billboards and signboard). The obstacles in communication do not use online network marketing (Gofood) because the restaurant have to increase the price of 20% and do not use a website because the price of making a website requires high fees.
