Analisis Resiko Usaha ( Produksi ) Pembenihan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) Di Pokdakan Nusa Indah Desa Ladang Bambu Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara
The research was conducted on January, 15-30 th 2018 in Pokdakan Nusa Indah Ladang Bambu, Medan Tuntungan Sub-distric, Medan, North Sumatera. The aim in this research was : (1) Analyzing the business risks faced by Pokdakan Nusa Indah; (2) Analyze the strategies carried out to overcome the risks of tilapia cultivation in Pokdakan Nusa Indah. This research will be conducted using a case study method. The case study is an approach to study, explain, or interpret a case in context naturally without any outside interference. the technique of determining respondents was done by purposive sampling, the respondents in this study were the owners of Pokdakan Nusa Indah. The results of this research are sources of production risk, namely the expertise of workers, weather factors, pests and diseases. Based on the results of probability analysis or the possibility of risk using the z-score method obtained by four sources of risk (weather factors, pests, farmer expertise and disease) have the greatest probability value and must be considered in the maintenance of tilapia seeds because they are above the predetermined limit by members of the Bunisari farmer group. The four sources of risk must be controlled to minimize the possibility of occurrence and can be controlled if risks arise by carrying out various alternative strategies that have been described. The results of the analysis of the impact of production risk using the Value at Risk (VaR) method show that the weather factor is the biggest impact on tilapia hatchery in Pokdakan Nusa Indah. Furthermore, the source of risk of pests, workers 'expertise and disease has a small impact. The strategy for handling production risks for sources of risk of pests, farmers' expertise, and diseases is carried out by preventive measures. The source of risk for weather factor production is carried out in a preventive and mitigating manner.
