Analisis Dinamika Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Air Tawar Di Nagari Mungo Kecamatan Luak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat

ABSTRACT
Research on the dynamic analysis of freshwater aquaculture groups was carried out in December 2018 in Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota, West Sumatra Province. This study aims to find out how the level of dynamism of the group of freshwater fish farmers in the Luak Subdistrict, especially the Ingin Maju and Bibit Jaya group. The method used in this study is a survey method that was analyzed using the Mann-Withney Test and the number of respondents in this study was 54 respondents who were processed using the SPSS 20 application.
From the results of group dynamics analysis carried out the scores on each factor obtained by the Ingin Maju and Bibit Jaya groups experienced differences. Assessment of factors that affect the level of dynamics of a group consisting of group goals, group structure, task functions, group development and development, group cohesiveness, group atmosphere, group pressure, group effectiveness and covert intentions. The Ingin Maju group gets a score of 6,071 with dynamic categories, and the Bibit Jaya group gets a score of 3,557 with a less dynamic category. So the difference in scores indicates a difference in the level of dynamism between the two groups where the Ingin Maju group is more dynamic than the Bibit Jaya group. Based on the Mann-Whitney test analysis there were significant differences between the Ingin Maju and Bibit Jaya group scores. The results obtained indicate that the Ingin Maju group is more dynamic than the Bibit Jaya group.
