Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kreatif Rumah Makan Vegetarian Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to find out the right strategy to develop a creative vegetarian restaurant in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses secondary data from certain parties and primary data from vegetarian restaurant businesses in the city of Pekanbaru, amounting to 15 business units. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The analytical tool used is the IE matrix SWOT analysis. The results of IFAS were 2.97 and the results from EFAS were 2.93. Based on the results of the IE Matrix, it shows that the vegetarian restaurant creative industry in Pekanbaru City is column V (stable growth), namely activities to expand market share and increase production and maintain product quality. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis shows that the creative restaurant vegetarian industry in the city of Pekanbaru is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy). This strategy is more focused on the SO strategy (opportunity-opportunity), which is to expand the market and also conduct more active promotional activities and maintain product quality and good services to maintain customer loyalty. The right strategy to develop a creative vegetarian restaurant in Pekanbaru City is to expand the market by conducting more active promotional activities and maintaining good quality products and services to maintain customer loyalty so that the purchasing power of the people increases.
