Analisis Faktor Ekstrinsik Yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Se-Gugus 2 Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the low motivation of students in class IV during fieldwork activities in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 38 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine which extrinsic factors influence the learning motivation of grade IV students in cluster 2 of Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru and to find out how much influence the school environment factors influence the learning motivation of grade IV students in cluster 2 of Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. This sample is 149 students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that extrinsic factors that affect student learning motivation are 8.26% influenced by learning methods, 10.02% are influenced by teacher relations with students, 10.20% are influenced by student relations with students, 11.22% are influenced by school discipline, 8.61% influenced by learning tools, 10.93% influenced by school time, 10.70% influenced by learning standards above size, 10.66% influenced by building conditions, 10.20% influenced by curriculum, 9.21% is influenced by homework. Based on the quantitative data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that extrinsic factors that influence the learning motivation of fourth-grade students of Elementary School Group 2 in Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru, are the highest, namely school discipline which affects 11.22%
