Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Industri Batako Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to study the feasibility of the brick industry in the city of Pekanbaru and also to find out any problems or challenges related to the brick industry in the city of Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study were all the brick industry obtained in Pekanbaru City Disperindag as many as 4 units.
This study uses data collection techniques with questionnaires, observations, and interviews directly to the research location. The analysis used in this study is the method of analysis of NPV (Net Present Value), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
From the results of the tests that have been conducted, the Net Present Value (NVP) test shows that the net present value is greater than zero so that this business is feasible to run. Test Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) shows the value of B / C Ratio is greater than zero so it takes a reasonable effort to run. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) test shows the brick industry IRR value of 35,5% greater than the interest rate of 12% so that this business is feasible to run and develop.
