Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Terhadap Jasa Perhotelan Di Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Hotel Kelas Bintang Tiga)

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru against consumers who use residential services for three-star hotel rooms. This study aims to determine what factors influence the number of occupancy requests for three-star class hotel rooms in Pekanbaru City. This study uses primary and secondary data with a total sample of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results of this study show that three of the four variables have a positive and significant influence on the number of occupancy requests for three-star hotel rooms. The variable significance of the occupancy rates of three-star hotel rooms, the occupancy rates of two-star hotel rooms and the prices of four-star hotel rooms that are smaller than 0.05 prove the significant influence of these variables on the number of three-star hotel room occupancy requests. While the income variable has a positive and insignificant effect because it is above 0.05, which means that the variable influences even though not much or not significantly on the number of occupancy requests for three-star hotel rooms in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Price, Income, Demand
