Prospek Pengembangan Industri Pangan Tempe Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the tempe food industry has good prospects to develop. This study uses primary and secondary data, while the method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The study population was 10 business units, sampling with the census method that all business units that are respondents.
The results of the study show the prevalence of the tempe food industry in the sub-district of Kerinci Pelalawan Regency, seen in the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 42.178.936,53 Which means that the NPV value is greater than 0 and is positive. The results of the calculation of Benrfit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) amounted to 1,05, which means large than 1, this shows the tempe food industry has good prospects to be developed. The results in the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) result are declared as feasible because the IRR is greater than 12% (interest on the loan determined). And the results of PP for 1 years 7 months. From these calculations show that the tempe food industry in Pangkalan Kerimci District, Pelalawan Regency is feasible to be developed and can provide benefits to industrial owners.
