Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Tingkat Inflasi Dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing Langsung (Fdi) Di Provinsi Riau Periode 2003 – 2018

This research aims to determine the effect of gross regional domestic products, inflation rates and interest rates on the foreign direct investment in Riau Province for the period 2003-2018. The data used in this research is time series data from 2003-2018. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis and technique analysis OLS (Ordinary Least Square) processed by using E-Views 10.
The results shows that, gross regional domestic products, inflation rate, and interest rates has a significant effect on foreign direct investment in Riau Province simultaneously. Meanwhile partially, gross regional domestic products has a significant and positive effect on the foreign direct investment in Riau Province. Inflation has a significant and positive effect on the foreign direct investment in Riau Province. Then, the interest rate has no significant and negative effect on the foreign direct investment in Riau Province. In addition, it was found that the value of R² is 0.903877. This means that 90.3877% of the movement of the foreign direct investment can be predicted by gross regional domestic products, inflation rates and interest rates.
