This study aims to analyze the use of village funds for village development and village empowerment in Tapung District, Kampar Regency.
In this study using secondary data obtained from the field of community empowerment and village Tapung District which contains the use and villages in the villages that are located in Tapung District. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that the use of village funds for village development and empowerment in Tapung Subdistrict, Kampar Regency in 2017 and 2018 had increased, as seen from village funds used for empowerment in 2017 at 1.38% and in 2018 funds the village has been realized for empowerment of 8.96%. And for village funds used for village development also increased where in 2017 the realization of the use of village funds for village development amounted to 48.29%, in 2018 amounting to 71.90%. If we look at the whole, village funds are realized in 2017 at 49.67% and for 2018 80.83%. Utilization of village funds in the field of development and village empowerment in Tapung District, Kampar, distribution of village funds used for village development and distribution of village funds used for village empowerment consists of community empowerment, economic empowerment, education empowerment, health empowerment.
