This research was conducted at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Riau Province which aims to determine the effect of competency, commitment and organizational culture on employee performance (Study of the Riau Province Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru).
This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 111 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 21 software.
The results of the tests that have been conducted show that simultaneously showing that competency, commitment and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance (Study of the Riau Province Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru)
