Analisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi, Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Di Perum Lppnpi Cabang Pekanbaru
This research was conducted in Perum LPPNPI Cabang Pekanbaru which aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, compensation, and leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
Type of this research is quantitive descriptive. The sample in this research is 55 people of employee. Data collection technique is by giving questionnaries. Methods of data analyst is using multiple linear regression by the help of software application SPSS version 24.0.
The result of this test that has been done shown that simultaneously job satisfaction, motivation, compensation, and leadership influence positively and significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). While partially shown that job satisfaction partially influences positively and significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), motivation partially influences positively and significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), compensation partially does not influence and not significant Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and leadership partially does not influence and not significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
