Pengaruh Biofertilizer Formulasi Terhadap Perubahan Parameter Kimia Tanah Dan Air Pada Wadah Ikan Patin (Pangasius Sp.) Dalam Wadah Tanah Gambut
The study was conducted on March 2nd - April 2th, 2019 on peat land in pineapple farmers' area, in Kampar Regency, Riau Provine. Samples were taken to the Cultivation Environment Quality Laboratory of the Fisheries and Marine Sciences Faculty, University of Riau. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of biofertilizer formulation on changes in chemical parameters of soil and water in catfish ponds (Pangasius sp.) in peat soil containers. The study used experimental method and the data were analyzed descriptively. The treatments were: P0 = Without biofertilizer formulation (control), P1 = 700 g biofertilizer formulation / m2, P2 = 750 g biofertilizer formulation / m2, P3 = 800 g biofertilizer formulation / m2, P4 = 850 g biofertilizer formulation / m2. The results showed that the administration of biofertilizer formulations had a significantly different effect on the chemical parameters of soil and peat pond water. The best treatment was found in the 750 g biofertilizer /m2 where soil chemical parameters such as, soil pH (6,02), KBOT (49.21%), total N (1.34%), total P (1.06%), total K (1.34%) were increased and the lowest value for the C / N ratio (22.30), water chemistry such as water pH (6.70), nitrate (2.65 ppm) and orthophosphate (3.33 ppm), while the absolute weight gain on catfish in P2 was 3.31 g, the highest of absolute length was found in P2 (5.25 cm) and the highest survival is in P2 (98.75%)
