Gambaran Leukosit Ikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Yang Terinfeksi Aeromonas Hydrophila Dan Diobati Dengan Larutan Biji Mangga Harumanis (Mangifera Indica L.)

Harumanis mango (Mangifera indica L.) seeds have high phytochemical, in the
form of tannins, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids and gallotanin which have
antibacterial, so this study aims to obtain the best dose of harumanis mango
(Mangifera indica L.) seeds liquid for treat catfish (P. hypophthalmus) that has been
infected with A. hydrophila from the leukocyte image. While the expected benefit is a
harumanis mango seeds liquid can be used as a drug to overcome Motile Aeromonas
Septicemia (MAS) disease. The method used in this research is an experimental
method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five kind of treatment,
(Kn) fish that are not infected with A. hydrophila and untreated mango seed liquid,
(Kp ) Infected and untreated fish, (P1) Infected fish treated with a dose of 1600 ppm,
(P2) Infected fish treated with a dose of 1800 ppm, (P3) Infected fish treated with a
dose of 2000 ppm. The parameters measured were total leukocytes, leukocrit
percentage, leukocyte differentiation and phagocytic activity. The results showed that
