Pemanfaatan Fermentasi Daun Singkong (Manihot Utilisma Pohl) Dalam Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus)
The research was conducted for 56 days from January to March 2019. The aim of this research was to find out the best percentage of cassava leaf fermentation for Pangasius hypophthalmus fingerling growth. The methods used in this research was an experimental method and RAL one factor with stocking density 0f 5 treatments and 3 repetitions. Feeding trials were replacing with soybean meal with cassava leaf fermentation applied P0 (100:0%), P1 (75:25%), P2 (50:50%), P3 (75:25%), P4 (0:100%), For 30% protein content.
Result showed that cassava leaf fermentation in feed have significant effect on feed digestion, specific growth rate, feed efficiency, and protein retentions. The best treatment was in P4 (0:100%) produce specific growth rate 4,1%, feed efficiency 42%, protein retention 33,46%, and 56,84% feed digestion respectively.
