Monitoring Dan Pemetaan Distribusi Alat Tangkap Kelong Pantai Menggunakan Aplikasi Google Earth Di Perairan Kota Batam Provinsi Kepulauan Riau

This Research Was Conducted on February 18 - 22, 2018 in Batam City Riau Island Province. This Research aimed to observe the increase in the number and distribution of kelong pantai that conduct fishing activities in 2013 - 2017 in Batam City water. Whether the placement in PERDA Kota Batam No.2 of 2004. Data Collection uses survey method, observing and field validation. The result showed that the distribution of kelong pantai in Batam City water found in Google Earth applicationfor 5 years (2013-2017) The experienced largest increase in 2017 amounting to 1881 unit and fluctuations in the number of kelong pantai that had the largest number of additions in the year 2013 – 2017 total 853 units. Based of monitoring result in the North, West, East, and South water zones. The number of kelong pantai that has largest population in the southern part of Batam water zone in 2016, seen 82 unit kelong pantai installed improperly.
