Analisis Usaha Penangkapan Ikan Hias Yang Didaratkan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (Pps) Bungus Provinsi Sumatera Barat

This study aimed to determine the amount of investment, profits and feasibility of business in catching ornamental fish with the size of 9 GT and 13 GT vessels. The research activity was carried out in October 2018 at the Bungus Ocean Fisheries Port. The method used is the servei method with the number of respondents as many as 7 ship owners with census sampling.
The results showed that profitable fishing business according to the criteria for investment size. Investment (I) of 9 GT vessels is IDR 419,920,000/year and 13 GT IDR 513,950,000/year. The results of the RCR fishing 9 GT has 1.24 and 13 GT has 1.22 with an RCR value of> 1, which means this business is profitable and feasible to continue. The results of 9 GT FRR ship 19.93% and 13 GT 17.01%, which means that it was greater than the current interest rate in the bank which is 10.05%. The PPC value of 9 GT vessels is 5.16 and 13 GT vessels are 5.87, which means that it takes 5 years 1 month for 9 GT vessels and 5 years 8 months for 13 GT vessels for return on business capital.
