In the Ombudsman Act Ombudsman function not found as the judiciary. As for the purpose of research that the author wanted to convey in this research are: first, to know the ajudikasi authority Ombudsman in the dispute resolution process is public service. Second, knowing the force of verdict ajudikasi the Ombudsman in resolving disputes of public service.
This type of research can be classified in types of normative research using data sources that consists of material law primer, legal materials and legal materials tertiary secondary. Data collection techniques in the research is the study of librarianship, namely authors take an excerpt from the book readings, literature, or a book.
From the results of the research can be concluded. First, That the provisions of article 7 h of the Act Ombudsman is the entrance for the provisions of the public service act to give authority to the Ombudsman to be public service dispute resolution venue. Then set in the regulation of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31-year 2017 About mechanisms and procedures for Special Ajudikasi. Second, the provisions of article 25 of the regulation the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31-year 2018 On the mechanisms and procedures for Special Ajudikasi, indicating the existence of a legal vacuum still related sanctions that can be given to the reported verdict against ajudikasi The Ombudsman has not yet been implemented. The author's suggestion, first, the Government together with the House of representatives make changes against the Act Ombudsman Act and the public service in order to sikronisasi the task and powers of the Ombudsman in the follow up of the dispute service the public. Second, the Government is drafting rules related sanctions against the ruling of the ajudikasi the Ombudsman is not actionable and the magnitude of damages due to maladministrasi/public service disputes.
