Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Calon Penerima Beasiswa Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Menggunakan Metode Promethee

Every year Rokan Hilir Regency provides scholarships to sons and daughters to the area of Rokan Hilir Regency who continue their education in college. However, the government of Rokan Hilir still encounter obstacles in determining prospective scholarship recipients. One of the obstacles in the distribution of scholarship funds of Rokan Hilir Regency is the selection process for prospective scholarship recipients is still done manually so it takes a long time. Thus, web-based Promethee method is needed to determine prospective scholarship recipients. In the selection process some criteria are needed, including the IPK (Grade Point Average), not capable letter, semester, origin of region and income of parents. The system is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The final results of the system will produce the final score for each student with the rank order of the scholarship applicants. Students with the highest ranking who will be prioritized to get a scholarship of Rokan Hilir Regency.
