The purpose of this research was to identify the effectiveness of Kegel exercises and double knee to chest on William flexion exercise on stress urinary incontinence in elderly women. This research uses the “Quasy Experiment” design with the “Pretest Posttest With Control Group research design”. The total sample of 30 elderly women experienced stress urinary incontinence. The data collection tool used in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis of the pretest posttest control group using the Dependent Sample t Test, the experimental group pretest posttest used the Wilcoxon alternative test, while for the comparison of post test in the experimental group and controls Mann-Withney alternative test. The results of statistical analysis found that the influence of Kegel exercise and double knee to chest on William flexion exercise was effective in reducing the severity of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women with p value (0,000) < α (0,05).
