Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Guru Pada Praktik Guru Dalam Menjaga Keamanan Jajanan Siswa Sekolah Dasar Di Pekanbaru Tahun 2019
Snacks sold on the street for students have an important role in providing energy and nutrient for school-age children, so snacks sold on the street for students must be safety-guaranteed. Based on Indonesian national agency of drug and food control supervision results from 2008 to 2012, the food additives usage is still exceeding the permitted dose and the content of microbial contaminants and toxic metals are still exceeding the maximum permitted limit in snacks sold on the street for students. The knowledge, attitude, and teacher`s practices regarding maintenanceof food safety for elementary school students. This research is observational analytic research. This study used a cross-sectional design in which samples were selected by the proportional random sampling method. Based on a study, from 116 respondents, 76,7% of respondents were female, 19,8% were 41-45 years old, 54,3% were well-informed, 43,1% had a good attitude, and 82,8% practiced well. Analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and practice (p=0,011), and there was also a relationship between attitude and practice (p=0,000).
