Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) is a group of worms that are transmitted through the soil and contaminated human dirt in areas with poor sanitation. The intestinal nematodes belonging to the STH group are Ascaris lumbricoides (A. lumbricoides), Trichiura (T. Trichiura), and hookworm which is Ancylostoma Duodenale (A.duodenale), and Necator americanus (N. americanus). The clinical symptoms caused by the infestation of STH depends on the degree of infestation of the worm, the higher the degree of STH infestation, the more severe the symptoms caused. The Sakai tribe is one of the inland tribes in Riau. The purpose of research in general to analyze the relationship between the degree of STH infestation and nutritional status of Sakai tribe children at SDN 57 Kesumbo Ampai District Bengkalis. This was an analytic study with a cross-sectional design. There were 83 children collected with consecutive sampling technique. The results showed that that as many as 54 children (65.1%) were infested with STH and 78.3% of children at SDN 57 Kesumbo Ampai have normal nutritional status. Chi-Square analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between STH infestation with the nutritional status of the children of Sakai according to the BMI/A and there was no significant relationship between STH infestations with the nutritional status of children Sakai by H/A
