Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di RT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau Dan Kepulauan Riau
Performance is not only a tools to acknowledge employee’s achiever but also to motivate the employee, so that the employee can work better and give more performance. This research’s finding show that PT.Permodalan Siak, has a problem in bad debt collection, that hypothetically caused by lack of employee’s motivation and leader’s leadership. The lack of motivation and leadership make the employee’s collection performance decrease.
The population of this research is PT. PLN (Persero)Region Riau dan Kepulauan Riau ’s employee, amount of 1.081 employee, and 292 employee as research’s sampel. The collection data using questionnaire, and analyzed by Structure Equational Medelling.
The result of this research how that leadership is positive and non-significant to Employee’s Performance but Organization Culture is positive and significant to Employee’s Performance. While indirectly, motivation has mediation role on Influence of Leadership and Organization Culture on Employee Performance.
