Pengaruh Rotasi, Mutasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Rektorat Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of Rotation, Mutation Against Work Morale and Performance of Rector at Riau University. The population is all civil servants (PNS) within the Riau University's Rector, no fewer than 101 people, with a sampling technique using a proportional stratified random sampling method of 80 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Techniques for data collection via a questionnaire (questionnaire).
The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, where 2 regression stages are performed with the test tool using SPSSver.23. The results showed that: (1) Rotation and mutation had a significant effect on the morale of the employees of the office of the Riau University Rector. (2) Rotation has a significant effect on the morale of the employees of the office of the Riau University Rector. (3), Mutation has a significant effect on the morale of the employees of the office of the Riau University Rector. (4) Work ethic has a significant effect on the performance of the Riau University's office
