Kecernaan Pakan Yang Menggunakan Tepung Bulu Ayam Terfermentasi Bacillus Sp. Dalam Sistem Pencernaan Ikan Bawal Bintang (Trachinotus Blochii, Lacepede)
ABSTRAK
This study was conducted in September-November 2018. This study aimed to determine the digestibility of feed using fermented chicken feather flour Bacillus sp. In the Digestive System of Snubnose dart (Trachinotusblochii, Lacepede). This research method uses an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using one factor from 6 treatment levels and 3 replications. Treatment of each dose are: P0 (0% chicken feather flour), P1 (27% chicken feather flour), P2 (10% fermented chicken feather flour), P3 (20% fermented chicken feather flour), P4 (30% fermented chicken feather flour), P4 (40% fermented chicken feather flour) in feed. The size of the seeds is around 7-9 cm and then kept in floating net cages of 18 containers and 20 solid fish stocking each cage. Fish are kept for 56 days, three times a day eating frequency. The results showed that the best treatment was the dosage of P3 fermented Bacillus sp. Chicken feather flour. 20%. The use of 20% fermented chicken feather flour produced feed digestibility of 37.05%, Feed Conversion 1.82%.
