Pemetaan Sebaran Tempat Pembuangan Sampah (Tps) Ilegal Di Wilayah Pengembangan Iii, Iv, Dan V Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
Development Regions III, IV, and V consists of Rumbai Pesisir District, Tenayan Raya, Bukit Raya, Marpoyan Damai, Tampan, and Payung Sekaki, with an area of 483.44 km2 and a population of 847,312 people. In 2016 the waste generated from this development area settlement was 1,049,179 l / day, equivalent to 70.5% of the total waste produced by Pekanbaru City. If the management of the waste is not optimal, it will cause illegal dumping to appear. The purpose of this study is to map and calculate the volume of illegal dumping, as well as analyze geophysical, anthropogenic and community characteristics. This research was conducted with a direct survey method to the study area with GPS Garmin 60CSx type, then mapped using GIS software, ArcMap 10.1. The results were found in 43 locations of illegal dumping in the study area with volumes of each in the development regions III, IV, and V was 20.58 m3, 40.12 m3, and 222.95 m3. All illegal dumping locations are found at a distance of ≥ 15 m from the river, 89% are at a distance of ≤ 5m from arterial roads, 11% at a distance of 5-10 m from arterial roads, and all illegal dumping are at a distance of ≤ 5m from local roads. On the land types were found 36 points on the shoulder of the road and 7 points on empty land. The existence of illegal dumping mostly found in arterial road types because the waste service center is centered on the main road and considers road access for waste transport vehicle to transport waste into the landfill. The decreasing existence of legal dumping affects the increasing of illegal dumping. According to the Histogram Comparison of Population Density with the Number of Illegal Dumping fluctuating results were found, so this factor is not too influential. Higher levels of education affected a decrease in the number of illegal dumping. The number of illegal dumping increases with the increase in the number of respondents with the type of works, traders.
