Analisis Risiko Konstruksi Pada Proyek Pembangunan Sadira Plaza Dan Tangram Hotel Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT

Implementation of a construction project is not depend from various kind of possible risks that may occur. The impact caused project delays for example in Sadira Plaza and Tangram Hotel Pekan Baru. The focus of this research is the risk of the construction of Sadira Plaza and Tangram Hotel Pekan Baru. The purpose of this research is to know the variable of risk that affect the project and the design formula of risk management strategy. The first step to do this research was conducted by distributing questionnaires consisting of 9 variables or 50 risk indicators which was compiled with dichotomy scale to employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) TBK as the contractor and PT Target Optimal Solution System as a construction management consultant. The result that obtained a total of 29 respondents with a valid questionnaire. The results of questionnaires were processed using Chochran Q-Test test, and obtained 6 variables and 17 indicators that caused project risk. Analyze the fishbone diagram used to find out the project implementation process. it is known the root cause of these risks and from the results of the analysis will be made the formulation of the risk of development projects Sadira Plaza and Tangram Hotel Pekan Baru.
