Efektifitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui Media Audio Visual Terhadap Pengetahuan Sumber Zat Besi Pada Ibu Hamil
Abstract The aims of this research was to determined the effectiveness of health education through audiovisual media about iron sources for knowledge among pregnant women. The design of this research was Quasy experiment approach with non equivalent control-group were divided into experimental group and control group. This research was conducted in pregnant women “Puskesmas RI Sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan”. The total sample were 34 people which is maximum sample that must be fulfilled in quasy experiment approuch. Measurement tools use in both groups used questionnaire that had been tested and validated (r = 0,449 - 0,887) and its realibility (r = 0,927). The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate, analysis with dependent test and independent test. The result showed that there is significant increase in knowledge in pregnant women in the eperimental group after the given health education through audiovisual media about iron sources with p value (0,000) < α (0,05). It means that health education through audiovisual media about iron sources effective to improve the knowledge pregnant women. Expected for health providers especially mother and children health professional to always give health education.
