Gambaran Fungsi Kognitif Dan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Activities Of Daily Living (Adls) Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke
Abstract
Stroke is a circulation disorder of blood to the brain. Stroke impact many problems such as cognitive impairment and physical impairment that can affect or interfere the fulfillment of ADLs requirement. This study aimed to describe the cognitive function andADLs needs in post-stroke patients in the Neurology Polyclinic RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. This study is descriptive study. Measuring instruments used is the Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Indonesian version (MoCA-Ina) and Functional Independence Measure (FIM). This study use purposive sampling method with the total samples was 42 respondents. The results show that 90.5% of post-stroke patients have cognitive impairment with the lowest domain is on the minimum language and delayed recall domain (97,6%)and the highest percentage at age 56-65 years old(65,8%), male (63,2%), senior high school (52,6%), unemployed (71,1%), ischemic stroke (92,1%), first stroke attack (57,9%), and stroke period >6 months (60,5%). The results of the dependency rate show 59.5% of post-stroke patients without assistance with the lowest domain is on the minimum transfer domain, which modified independece (35,7%) and complete independence (9,5%) and the highest percentage at age 56-65 years old (64%), male (76%), senior high school (52%), unemployed (64%), ischemic stroke (96%), recurrent stroke attack (52%), and stroke period >6 months (64%). Therefore that early detection and rehabilitation needs to be improved for minimize the incidence of cognitif impairment and decrease in disabillity numbers that interfere with needs of ADLs.
