Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision of employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research took place at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, with 110 respondents.
In this study consisted of four variable. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Work Discipline (X1), and Supervision (X2). The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 2) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 4) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 6) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. 7) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.
