Strategi Kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Dalam Pencegahan Kebakaran Lahan Dan Hutan Tahun 2015

The background of this research with the issues of land and forest fires that occur every year in Rokan Hilir. This study also reviewed in 2015 because it is based by decree made in 2011, after 4 Year decree runs, the authors look at the various causes of development and the problems are related to the prevention of land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir in 2015 with prevention has done but there are still many hot spots.
The type and the method used is qualitative research. The location and time of the study conducted in Rokan Hilir in 2015. In this research data collection technique is by doing interviews and supporting documentation is supplemented by data obtained from the mass media. Interviews were conducted with BPBDs, SATLAKDALKARLAHUT, BLH, and other relevant agencies that participate in the prevention of land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir 2015.
The results of this study explained that the government Rokan Hilir and related institutions and forest fires were not optimal in the prevention evidenced by the number of hotspots via satellite TERRA reach 733 hotspots. Since the Regents regulations that have been made to form SATLAKDALKARLAHUT in 2011 and has four years running up to 2015. According to data BPBDs were still many obstacles that could not be addressed by governments and SATLAKDALKARLAHUT 2015.
