Traffic accidents in the period of five years from 2013 to 2017 there are 85% of cases of traffic accidents occur in Mandau and Pinggir with the main road segment is the Sumatra 112 km and 126 km crossing roads, so it is very necessary to deal with prevention accident. This study aims to determine the number of traffic accident accidents with the EAN (Equivalent Accident Number) approach, and to find out areas prone to traffic accidents (black sites) with the BKA method (Upper Control Limit) and UCL Method (Upper Control Limit), at Duri - Pekanbaru. Based on the analysis of the research can be identified the conditions that cause the highest accidents are human factors at 93%; vehicle factor of 4%. While the road factor of 4% consists of 1% damaged roads, 1% perforated road, no street lighting (lights) 1%, sharp turns 1%. The road conditions in the study area are many bends, climbing so that in some sections the road has limited visibility. Pavement of asphalt roads and there are several damaged road points and are not equipped with public street lighting (PJU) and road equipment facilities.
