Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt Hero Tbk. Cabang Giant Nangka Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload of turnover intention with Work Discipline as an intervening variable. This research took place at PT. Hero Tbk Cabang Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru Branch, with 90 respondents.
In this study consisted of four variables. These variables are Turnover Intention (Y2), Work Discipline (Y1), job satisfaction (X1), and workload (X2). The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that: 1) job satisfaction has a positive and significanteffect on Work Discipline at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru.2) workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru.3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. 4) workload has a positive andsignificant effect on turnover intention at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. 5) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effecton turnover intention at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. 6) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention through Work Discipline at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. 7) workload has a positive andsignificant effect on turnover intention through Work Discipline at Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru.
