Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study aims to determine the influnce of pedagogical Competence and School Environment on the Work Performance of State Junior High School Teacher in the Hillside District of Bengkalis Riau District. This survey reseach has 131 population which is then taken 99 persons as a sample, using, using random sampling techniqua. The data then is analyzed using using regression, analisys regression coefficient, and the coefficient determination. The result show that there is a positive relationship between the pedagogical competence and the work performance, the equation is 0,357. There is a positive relationship school environment and the work performance the equation 0,231. There is a positive relationship between theinflunce of pedagogical competence and school environment on the work performance the equation 0, 460. simultaneously with work stasification the both partially and simultaneously have significant relationship with the work satisfication. Therefore, the finding of the research is expeted to bring improment and increase of the work satisfication
