ABSTRACT
This objectives of this research the level of satisfaction of fishermen with the provision of marine supplies (solar, ice and water) services at the Sungailiat Archipelago Fisheries Port. The method used in this study is a survey method, aims to get a description of the object under study, can be done by taking a sample of the fishing population who are users of services providing the need to go to sea at the port. Data analysis uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate the level of satisfaction of fishermen with diesel needs obtained by 85.34% very satisfied, 81.78% ice demand very satisfied, 81.33% clean water needs are very satisfied. The level of appropriateness of the level of performance and the level of importance of fishermen to the provision of diesel fuel services is 96.15 very suitable, the ice needs 101.22 very suitable, the need for clean water 104.31 is very appropriate. Overall fishermen are very satisfied with the services provided by the port.
