This research concern with Indonesian Humanitarian Diplomacy to Myanmar in Rohingya Ethnic conflict under the Asean Non-Intervention principle. Indonesia and Myanmar hold the principle of non-intervention which is the basic principle of ASEAN in the ASEAN Charter. The principle of non-intervention is so rigid and it makes difficulty to reach human rights enforcement in ASEAN countries and this matter are related to the ethnic Rohingya problem in Myamnar. However, in Myanmar's closed attitude and negative response to other countries who wants to end Rohingya’s conflict , Indonesia managed to conduct diplomacy to Myanmar in efforts to end Rohingya ethnic conflicts, through Humanitarian Diplomacy.

This Research purpose to explain the ways of Indonesian Humanitarian diplomacy to Myanmar to help Rohingya Ethnic. This research supported with neorealist Perspective, and Multitrack Diplomacy theory. This research conducted by using qualitatives methode by compiling secunder datas through library research. The datas are obtained from books, journal, social articel and website.

This research results are Indonesian Humanitarian Diplomacy to Myanmar in the case of Rohingya ethnic conflict are implemented with in three ways that the first way is Humanitarian Diplomacy by Constructive Engagment through Indonesian Soft Power, the second way is Humanitarian Diplomacy through Capacity Building, and the third way is Humanitarian Diplomacy throught Reconciliation Efforts.
