Pengaruh Total Quality Management Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Teknologi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Pt. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT

This sudy aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management on company performance with technology as a mediating variable at PT. Rotte ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. Population in this study are production employees of PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru, and sample are 53 peoples.
Primary data was collected by questionaires as an instrument to prove the result of this research, to test hypothesis in this research is using path analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience). Th sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (53 employees at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru).
The results showed that: 1). There is a positive and significant effect of TQM to technology at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of TQM to company performance at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. 3). There is a positive and significant effect of technology to company performance at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. 4). Technology can mediate between relationship of TQM to company performance at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa.
