Employee performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by one employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Employee performance is very important, because a good performance will lead an organization or agency to a predetermined destination. Organizational plan will be achieved by either an organization or agency having employees who have the ability to perform the duties assigned to it and have a high motivation. So it will achieve its intended purpose and result in high productivity. Productivity Productivity is a desire (the will) and effort (effort) people to always improve the quality of life and livelihood of all fields.
Theoretical concepts used in this study is the concept of the theory of performance and productivity raised by Sedarmayanti. The indicators used in this study are: Ability Personnel, Work Motivation and Work Productivity Employees Personnel. The population in this study were all employees of Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru. In this study the authors deploy questionnaires in which the questionnaire there are three alternative answers. Once the data is obtained and then the data is processed using the next table were analyzed descriptively.
This study aimed to determine the relationship between each - each independent variable employee skills and motivation employee productivity employee in the Office of State Personnel Board XII Regional Pekanbaru. The data were collected by observation method based on the state of the field as well as the questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The research method is quantitative analysis, the data obtained by questionnaire answers.
From the research it turns out ability and motivation Employees Employees Occupational affect Employee Work Productivity at the Office of State Personnel Board XII Regional Pekanbaru, it can be seen that the influence of the independent variable (employee capability and motivation of employee) on the dependent variable (employee productivity) is equal to 90.1%, while the remaining 9.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. Thus it is clear that the hypothesis in this study is acceptable.
