Peranan Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah Dalam Penegakan Hukum Tindak Pidana Korupsi Secara Pre Emtif Dikaitkan Dengan Hukum Pidana Sebagai Ultimum Remedium
The Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) plays an important role in efforts to eradicate corruption (Corruption). APIP aims to provide adequate confidence for the achievement of effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the objectives of the implementation of state government, the reliability of financial reporting, securing state assets, and compliance with laws and regulations. Criminal law as ultimum remedium because criminal law sanctions are heavier and harder than sanctions in other legal fields, often even have side effects, then it should be applied if sanctions in other legal fields are not able to solve the problem of violation of the law (last resort), for that it should be done in a manner pre-emictive. To overcome this problem the role of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in Enforcing Corruption Criminal Acts is Pre-Emotionally Associated with Criminal Law as Ultimum Remedium.
