Social Security Agency (BPJS) Health is a state Owned Enteprise assigned exlusively to organize health insurance forr all Indonesian people, especially yhe civil service, retired civil servant and TNI/police,veterans,Independence pioner and their families and outher business entities or people ordinary.
This BPJS mewly formed, community health insurance is one government program to help the poor and but remelting PT.Health Insurance and PT.social security has long been active managing health services for people BPJS PBI and non PBI.
In reality, todays health service his still bad in the government. Hospital tend to be comercial with difference responses to patient responses to patient BPJS PBI and non BPJS PBI, when low quality of services, various cases, many patient complain, the administration is complicated and so forth.
This research aims to find out response cards users community on program BPJS PBI and non PBI in advanced outpatient Pekanbaru arifin Achmad General Hospital.
The research was conducted at the Pekanbaru arifin Achmad General Hospital, which located at Diponegoro street.This study includes a descriptive quantitative research methods. Study for the reason service for participants to healthcare hospital. Reference theory is “social exchange Theory” (Hommans,1994) using the indicator function of the hospital health care.
The results showed that the response of hospital Pekanbaru in providing health care to the patient, the BPJS PBI health and non BPJS PBI was less good, which is characterized by a queue of participants, the health infrastructure and limited equipment, the number of medical personnel were unable to serve patients more and more, communication officer and the patient is not smooth,infimary and other relatively less to serve patients.Rating patient responses medical Pekanbaru in providing health care services less satisfied.
