Keanekaragaman Genetik Aksesi Padi (Oryza Sativa L. ) Lokal Kampar Berdasarkan Penanda Morfologi Serta Molekuler Trnl-Trnf Intergenic Spacer

This research aims to determine the genetic diversity of local rice accessions from Kampar based on morphological and molecular marker of trnL-trnF intergenic spacer. Observation of morphological characters was carried out in the experiment station (greenhouse) Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, whereas molecular analysis carried out in the laboratory of genetics, Department of biology, Faculty of sciences University of Riau. Seed were collected from six regencies in Kampar. The genetic diversity of 30 local rice accessions based on morphological characters is around 63%. Based on amplification of molecular trnL-trnF intergenic spacer, it is proven that there is deletions at 647 on 6 rice accession such as UR 005 (Sicantik Manis), UR 010 (Rumbio Jaya), UR 021 (Pandan Cupak), UR 023 (Rumbio Jaya) UR 026 (Buyung) and UR 027 (Putio). Accession of UR 010 (Rumbio Jaya) and UR 023 (Rumbio Jaya) are rice accession that genetically is same and so are UR 029 (Putio) and UR 027 (Putio). UR 004 (Kuniang) is the accession that has better yield character than others accessions, so it is potential as an elder for pland breeding.
