Strategi Pemerintah Daerah Dalam Meningkatkan Nilai Investasi Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2016-2017

The investment issue is the one of strategic issue of development. It is because the investment has a significant role to increase living standart of sosiety. The more a city get invest, the more has problem rise such as complicated in legacy and time. The purpose of this research to explain the strategy of Local Government in a way to lift up the investment, focuse on the analizing research of power, weakness, chance and threat of the investment. Technique of collecting data by doing interview, observation and library reseach. Purposive sampling is the method which was used by research. The typical of this research is qualitative reseach.
The findings of this research shows that the strategy of the local Government in a way to increase the investment was good enough, it was proved by the investor in having the good service. The problem is in the process of investment, there is the lack of skill of human resources in using technology and information sharing.
