Peningkatan Kapasitas Pemerintah Desa Menuju Good Governance (Studi Kasus Desa Ukui Dua Kecamatan Ukui)

The background of this research by the capacity possessed by the Ukui Dua Village Government is still low, so that in order to achieve effective, efficient governance so that good governance can be realized, capacity building for village government must be carried out. Both increasing human resource capacity, strengthening the organization, and if necessary reforming institutions so that the objectives of Ukui Dua Village to achieve good governance can be achieved.
The purpose of this study is to find out strategies in increasing the capacity of village governments to go to good governance and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in improving the capacity of Ukui Dua Village towards good governance, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method approach. from informants, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Affairs, Section Head, and Community.
The results of this study show that the Ukui Dua Village Government must increase capacity, especially in the field of village financial management and village development planning. Because these two things often occur problems for both increasing human resource capacity, strengthening organizations and institutional reforms must be done to create an effective, and efficient government to achieve good governance.
