Evaluasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Rukun Warga (PMB-RW) Di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2018

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate “Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Rukun Warga” programme in Tampan District Pekanbaru City in 2018. This study use primary data and qualitative method is applied. The data is collected from party that involved respectively with direct interview method applied. The study concluded that generally the programme is successful enough in terms of theorictically, but theres some understanding problems in practical aspects. In target aspect, the achievement of the program was right even though in some places there were still obstacles. Timeliness is considered good. In general it can be said that this program has been successfully implemented.
