Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Internal Dan Eksternal Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Unit Usaha Syariah (Uus) Pt. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the ROA in Bank BTN UUS seen from internal factors as well as from external banks. Parameters measured from bank internal factors include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs to Operational Expenses (BOPO), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Intellectual Capital, and bank external factors including Inflation, and Bank Interest Rates Indonesia. The research period from 2006 to 2017. The data used was obtained from the Annual Publication Financial Report with data collection techniques by means of documentation, so that the research data sample was 12. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression.
The results showed that all variables, namely CAR, BOPO, NPF, Intellectual Capital, Inflation, and Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia had an effect on ROA simultaneously. Partially, Bank Indonesia CAR, BOPO, Inflation, and Interest Rates have no effect on NPF while ROA, and Intellectual Capital has significant effect on ROA. Of the six independent variables tested for their effect on ROA, it is known that NPF has the greatest influence with a coefficient of -0.372869%. Furthermore, Intellectual Capital with a coefficient of 0.098044%.
