Pengaruh Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Hotel Furaya Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Communication, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru.
This research was conducted on Pekanbaru Hotel Furaya , the number of samples used were 139 employees. data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS tools, Ver. 23:00.
The results showed that: 1) The effect of Communication, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline partially on the Work Effectiveness of Furaya Pekanbaru Hotel Employees 2) The Effect of Communication, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at Furaya Pekanbaru Hotel simultaneously.
Based on the research results, the Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru must be able to overcome the problem of Employee Work Effectiveness, especially those related to Communication, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline.
