. Peran Motivasi Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Umkm Menjahit Dan Bordir Di Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
Micro, small and medium enterprises have a strategic role in national economic growth, because in addition to playing a role in the distribution of development result. The purpose of this study to determine The Role of Motivation in Intervening The Effect of Training on Employee Performance (Study On Micro, Small And Medium Sewing and Embroidery Enterprises in Pekanbaru City). The object of this research is Micro, Small And Medium Sewing and Embroidery Enterprises In Pekanbaru City. This Study uses Employee Performance as the dependent variable and Motivation as an intervening variable. While the independent variable in this study is Training. The population in this study is 100 sewing and embroidery enterprises in Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique in this study used Probability Sampling using the Slovin formula method. Data taken from respondents using questioners. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) aplication.
The results in this study are: Training has significant effect on Motivation. Training has significant effect on Employee Perfomance. Motivation has significant effect on Employee Performance. Training has significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation as a variable intervening on Micro, Small and Medium Sewing and Embroidery Enterprises in Pekanbaru City.
