Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and organizational commitmment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Subdistric Bandar Sekijang, Pelalawan Regency. The sample in this study amounted 103 employees from the entire population of 138 employees. Research samples taken by random sampling. Primary data were collected by interview and questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive, to test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program version 24.
The results showed that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees performance at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employees performance at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employees performance at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of the employees at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Kecamatan Bandar Sekijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of the employees at PT.
