Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja,Pengawasan, Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

ABSTRACT

This research is to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Supervision, and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Lirik to the District of Indragiri Hulu Health Center. The population in this study is the Civil Servant at the Lirik of the District of Indragiri Hulu Publict Health Center which numbered 43 peoples, the number of samples in this research were 42 peoples.
Primary data were collected usimg a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 21 program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method or saturated sample that is making all members of the population to be sampled ( 42 peoples).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of supervision on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance, 4) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline, supervision, and leadership simultaneously on employee performance.Keywords: Performance of State Civil Servant, Work Discipline, Supervision, and Leadership.
